	Shane M. Kelton serves as Vice President/Secretary of SMK Fabricators, Inc. With 32 years of shop experience including 14 years for Chevron as millwright/technician; numerous types of equipment experience; 15 actual years in machine/shop maintenance field; previous machine/maintenance experience in oil field related work in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Canada.While employed with Chevron, Mr. Kelton worked in West Texas and overseas in Angola, West Africa and Papua, New Guinea. Mr. Kelton is presently responsible for providing quotes, programming/engineering, fixturing, machine and vendor selection, etc., and is ultimately responsible for all production. - shanekelton@smkfab.com
	Valerie R. Kelton serves as President/Treasurer of SMK Fabricators, Inc. with 36 years of office experience. Mrs. Kelton is primarily responsible for all SMK office administration including banking, taxes, payroll, insurance, accounts payable/receivable and human resource issues. Mrs. Kelton owns 51% of the stock in the company, and is extensively involved in the operations and administration of the shop and personnel on a daily basis and has extensive control in making the major decisions of the corporation. - valeriekelton@smkfab.com
